 Robert has more than 19 years of demonstrated success as a commercial real estate broker, completing over $350 million in transactions. His specialties include investment sales, leasing, and asset management.
 
After being recognized as a top-producing commercial broker for several years, Robert founded RGM Commercial Real Estate in Bellevue, Washington in 2008. As an experienced commercial broker and asset manager, Robert understands the ownership perspective. Excellent service is only a starting point when it comes to investor or tenant representation. Robert provides creative, strategic insight and analysis, based on deep market knowledge and a detailed understanding of his client’s goals. Since 2005, Robert has held the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Much more than letters on a business card, the CCIM designation is held by only 6% of all commercial real estate professionals in the country. It represents the most advanced commercial real estate program in the industry. Robert was the 2012 President of the Washington State CCIM Chapter.
